Rocklands Reserves Away.

Our Last away trip of the season saw us visit Rocklands Reserves, having already faced them in the league and cup this season it’s fair to say both sides know each other fairly well. Kick-off 3pm.
Squad: Emerson, Lindsay, Cannell, Dugdale, Lewis, Turnbull, Moore, Stimpson, Jackson, Haycox, Plunkett, Clarke, Westwood, Cockram.
We eventually ran out 3-1 winners today with two goals from Josh Haycox and a stunner from Reece Westwood. On what was easily the worst pitch we have played on this season the lads struggle to play any type of football. We created multiple chances in the first half which all resulted in snatched or rushed shots. Typically we went behind to a simple ball through the middle and a flick-on that was finished well by the Rocks striker.
The second half saw the Rocks keeper dismissed for handling outside of his area, a penalty, and two more Hock goals. Minutes from the end Dec Moore was dismissed forbad language. A some what shocking call given the game had been littered with such incidents which went completely unpunished.
