Hawks vs Sprowston

The Hawks were away at Sprowston and involved in a thrilling and high tempo encounter. The first half saw action at both ends of the pitch with both teams finding the back of the net before the break.
The second half was much more challenging for the team. Some harsh decisions against us caused heads to drop and frustration to kick in, attitude being something identified as needing to improve. In the end, the hard work never stopped and the final result was far from deserved as Sprowston emerged victorious.
Thank you to those who made the trip up to Sprowston at short notice and thank you for what was amazing support today. The Hockering crowd were heard all game and had a major impact on the players motivation to keep trying. Better days will come for sure as players continue to clearly develop week by week.
