Dragon earn windy win

Once again, the Dragons showed the winning mentality they have developed this season. Going one nil down and fighting hard with 2 spectacular individual goals to seal yet another victory in the league. We are blessed to have a full compliment of players week in week out and the selection headache is one I welcome each and every match.

A supreme effort from Evie equalizing what has to be called a wind assisted opener from the hosts kick started the team, in what could only be considered difficult playing conditions. Lobbing a 9 foot tall keeper is amazing any day, but today Evie battled as hard as anyone.

MOTM Jack fought hard all through the match and scored a deserved goal after hitting the post early on in the second half.

What better way to show how far the team have come, than to get back to winning ways. I’m still eyeing 3rd in the league Dragons!!
